Hi, I'm Mike. I'm a technical architect, consultant, author, trainer and conference speaker with 20 years of experience in the tech industry. After spending many years as an enterprise consultant, I went to work for Microsoft supporting some of their biggest customers. Later, I joined Amazon Web Services (AWS) where I spent most of my time speaking at live events, writing code to build fully automated solutions, and helping customers and partners architect solutions in the cloud.

Today I run CloudSkills.io, a cloud training and consulting firm specializing in the Azure and AWS cloud platforms. When I’m not working with customers in the field I’m usually teaching training classes focused on Microsoft Azure, Amazon Web Services (AWS), DevOps, and Docker. I also spend a lot of time presenting at industry conferences and authoring training videos for Pluralsight.
